CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Charlotte-Mecklenburg police are searching for a man and woman who robbed a restaurant Monday night in the university area.
Officers told Channel 9 that the two walked into the Jimmy John's Gourmet Sandwiches on East McCullough Drive with guns, demanded money and ran off.
Two employees were inside and were not injured.
Police have not released a description of the robbers.
