CHARLOTTE — A missing 74-year-old woman has been located and is now being reunited with her family in Charlotte.
A Silver Alert was issued for Ruby Green Singleton who is believed to experience dementia or Alzheimer’s.
Singleton is described as 5 feet 2 inches, 125 pounds, with reddish‑brown short‑afro hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black bonnet.
