DENVER, N.C. — A four-story home with Lake Norman frontage hit the market at $4.8 million this month after undergoing a major facelift, making it the priciest residential listing in the Denver community in Lincoln County.

That property on Cherry Lane, which boasts 12,813 square feet of living space, six ensuite bedrooms and nine-and-a-half bathrooms, is also one of the most expensive listings on the shores of Lake Norman. Just three homes on Lake Norman are listed for sale at a higher price.

The home came on the market Nov. 1, on the heels of a big refresh. Updates to the home included repainting the exterior brick white with black trim, redoing the landscaping and irrigation, sanding and staining all of the wood flooring, adding new interior light fixtures and paint, and reconfiguring rooms, among other changes.
