MOORESVILLE, N.C. — Jody Leazer, who co-owns the Mooresville Dragway, faces several felony charges after Rowan County deputies stopped him at a checkpoint near his home.
Officials said they found oxycodone pills and crystal meth and a handgun with the serial number scratched off in his truck.
Leazer was convicted of felony drug charges in the past.
