CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, S.C. — Deputies are investigating after they said a 30-year-old man was found dead inside a home in Chesterfield County.
Officers said Javier Hernandez was found inside a house on Dewitt Lowery Road near Pageland.
Deputies have not said how Hernandez died.
Officials said the South Carolina Highway Patrol is also involved because deputies believe there may have been an incident involving a car before he was found inside the home.

South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) agents, the South Carolina Highway Patrol and Chesterfield County sheriff’s deputies are all investigating Hernandez’s death.
No other details have been released.
