CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police arrested a driver going nearly 140 mph in northeast Charlotte.
A trooper clocked Toua Vang going 139 mph on Interstate 485 near Rocky River Road just before 2 a.m. Friday.
Police pulled him over on George Liles Boulevard.
He faces reckless driving, speeding and other related charges.
