Driver sent to hospital after crashing through Kannapolis home

KANNAPOLIS, N.C. — One man was rushed to the hospital after police said he drove through a stop sign and crashed into a house in Kannapolis.
 
The accident happened on Lee Street late Saturday afternoon.
 
Police believe the driver had some sort of medical condition.
 
The homeowner wasn't home at the time.
 
The driver's condition is not known.
