CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police charged a driver with leaving the scene of an accident after they said he crashed into a north Charlotte bank Thursday night.
Someone struck the Bank of America branch at North Graham Street and Concordia Avenue around 11:15 p.m.
The wreck dented the building, but didn't cause any major damage.
Police put up crime tape around the parking lot. Investigators said they found the driver later.
It was announced last week that this branch will close in January.
