CHARLOTTE — Once again, the top executive in charge of Duke Energy Corp. has landed on Fortune’s list of “The 50 Most Powerful Women” in the world.
Lynn Good, chairman and CEO of Charlotte-based Duke, has made this list before — but the competition was stiffer this time around. For its 2022 feature, Fortune shifted from the separate domestic and international lists it has put together in the past, combining them into one group in order to reflect the global nature of business today, the publication says.
Good, at No. 32, is the only local executive to make the list — but not the only one with ties to the area.
