CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A dump truck overturned Thursday morning and blocked an intersection in south Charlotte.
The accident was reported around 9:15 a.m. at Westinghouse and South boulevards.
The truck was carrying mulch. It also hit a few cars. No injuries were reported.
