Easter egg roll to feature hidden $100 bills

GROVER, N.C. — Two $100 bills will be hidden in Easter eggs for kids to find during the annual Easter egg roll at the Presidential Culinary Museum, planned for 11 a.m. April 9.

The Easter egg roll and egg hunt is synchronized annually with the White House Easter egg roll. The hunt for eggs will include a complete collector’s edition, five-piece wooden set of 2012 official White House Easter eggs filled with coins, cash and candy, The eggs are crafted from U.S. hardwood, come in four unique colors and include the stamped signatures of the president and first lady. The fifth, special egg this year is named for Bo, the first dog.

The Presidential Culinary Museum also releases an annual gold collectible egg signed by former White House and Camp David Chef Martin CJ Mongiello, who operates the museum and the Inn of the Patriots bed and breakfast.

The Easter egg roll will also feature games and a most-decorated spoon contest for kids 14 and under.
