YORK COUNTY, S.C. — Normally, new home and business construction is a positive sign of a growing community, but the York County side of Lake Wylie is growing so fast it's painful.
Now, local leaders said they want to stop the growing pains.

One council member told Channel 9 that there's too much happening too fast and the area is overwhelmed with traffic.
