CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Firefighters said oil-soaked rags caused an early morning fire at a north Charlotte business Tuesday.
Fire crews responded to the Hogan Company on Cullman Avenue, off 36th Street and North Tryon Street, around 1 a.m.
Officials told Channel 9 that improperly discarded oil-soaked rags caught fire, causing roughly $100,000, and that there was some structural damage to the building.
No one was hurt.
