CONCORD, N.C. — Firefighters in Concord rescued a dog from a two-alarm apartment fire Thursday night at 1210 Caralea Valley Drive.
Forty firefighters brought it under control in 26 minutes.
No injuries were reported and the Red Cross is helping 15 people who were displaced.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
