Food trucks get creative to stay in business

CHARLOTTE — The COVID-19 pandemic has not only given a major blow to the restaurant industry, food trucks are also impacted.

“Then this all started, and we were, like, ‘Oh boy,’” said Tony Lomuscio, business owner. “We were terrified. We didn’t know what we could do."
