Former football player at East Rowan HS dies in crash

ROWAN COUNTY, N.C. — A former football player at East Rowan High School died in a crash Saturday, according to the team’s Facebook page.

Caleb Jarvis graduated this year.

The team is asking for prayers for the family and those who knew him.

Channel 9 has contacted authorities for more details on what led to the crash. We have not heard back at this point.
