CHARLOTTE — Former Carolina Panthers head coach Ron Rivera’s home in south Charlotte sold Friday for $1.34 million, according to a property deed filed in Mecklenburg County. That comes in just above the asking price.
The 5,442-square-foot home in Quail Hollow Club was listed for sale on April 14 at $1.335 million.
Despite coming on the market during a pandemic, the home garnered interest from multiple prospective buyers. It drew about 10 showings, followed by two offers, and went under contract eight or nine days after it was listed, said listing broker Bryan Criminger, with Allen Tate Realtors.
