GASTONIA, N.C. — Repairs are now underway for a bridge in Gaston County.
The North Carolina Department of Transportation closed part of Chapel Grove Road in Gastonia.

The closure is from Linwood Road to Camp Rotary Road.
The road should reopen by 3 p.m. Friday. A detour is in place.
