Graham Gano makes visit to children's hospital, donates $6K

Carolina Panthers kicker and hero of Sunday’s game against the Giants, Graham Gano, went to Levine Children’s Hospital Tuesday to spread some Christmas cheer.

Through Kicks for Kids, Gano donated $250 for every field goal made to the Keep Pounding fund to benefit pediatric cancer programs at the hospital.

The Keep Pounding fund is a campaign established in 2004 to honor former Panthers players Sam Mills and Mark Fields, who were both diagnosed with cancer.

To date, Gano has made 27 field goals, which equals the $6,750 that he's donated so far.
