Group to hold rally for prayer before commissioners' meeting

ROWAN COUNTY, N.C. — A group in Rowan County is rallying for the right to pray.

Return America is planning to hold a rally before Monday's board of commissioners meeting in Rowan County. A federal judge told Rowan commissioners it's illegal to have sectarian prayers before meetings.

Commissioners are still trying to fight the decision and lawsuit from the ACLU.
