‘He is walking motivation’: How the pandemic helped an injured football player heal

The Providence High School junior suffered a broken neck and fractured vertebrae.

Now, he’s fully recovered and back on the field inspiring his teammates. Head coach Wes Ward says he’s exceeding expectations, too.

“He is walking motivation,” Ward said. “The kids love him, and love that he is back out here.”
