ASHE COUNTY, N.C. — Blue Ridge Energy line crews spent Tuesday morning restoring power in the mountains after overnight high winds.
Channel 9 caught up with those crews in Ashe County, where most of the outages were reported.
According to Blue Ridge officials, some poles and power lines were damaged by the wind as far south as Caldwell County.
As of Tuesday afternoon, all power had been restored.
