STANLY COUNTY, N.C. — The North Carolina State Highway Patrol is investigating a multi-car crash involving a dump truck in Stanly County.

The crash happened just before 5 p.m. Thursday on Griffin Green Boulevard near Buster Road.
Chopper 9 Skyzoom flew over the scene and could see a large law enforcement presence and a pickup truck with front-end damage.
Officials said there are injuries, but the extent of the injuries are unknown.
