CHARLOTTE — More homes are on the market in Charlotte as we head into the busy spring months.
As of March 5, more than 10,000 properties are for sale in the Charlotte area.
Our partners at the Charlotte Business Journal report inventory is up close to 15% from 2025.
Homes spent about 68 days on the market in February, which is more than 13 days than the same month last year.
