That’s according to Airbnb’s recent report on the “most wish-listed” accommodations in the top 20 counties for home-sharing in North Carolina for home-sharing.

The one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment can accommodate two guests, according to its listing. It has a private entrance, kitchen with a stove and refrigerator, and is equipped with a 55-inch smart TV with Netflix.

Airbnb hosts in Mecklenburg County earned $16.4 million in 2018, logging 141,000 guest arrivals, according to the site’s own data.

Also in the greater Charlotte region, a schoolbus-turned-RV that’s parked in the foothills of Cleveland County and a bedroom in a “quiet country setting” in Union County are among the top listings.
