Channel 9 first reported on Bailey's battle with cancer in March when the church's pastor encouraged Matthew to create a bucket list as a way to take his mind off of an aggressive treatment he was undergoing.

"I just wanted to make a wish list to put on the church website, just a fun thing to do I guess," Matthew said.

Matthew's Top 10 list spurred a social media movement. Hundreds on Twitter and Facebook messages of support were posted to Matthew and recently a family friend stepped forward offering free tickets to the Final Four.

Matthew was surprised with a trip to the NCAA Final Four in Texas in April.
