ONSLOW COUNTY, N.C. — A large alligator attempted to cross the road Saturday in Onslow County, N.C., Channel 9's partners WGHP report.
Animal control safely relocated the large reptile.
These animals are native to the North Carolina coastal region.
Alligators have been prevalent in the news following the recent tragic accident involving 2-year-old Lane Graves at Disney World Resort.
