Local employee talks challenges with working remotely due to coronavirus

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A woman who returned home from a ski trip in Austria and Germany said the company she works for had her work from home for two weeks.

Stephanie Mckee said it has been challenging and said smaller businesses and some nonprofits may have a tougher time working remotely.

“We are going to have to reschedule a meeting to a video conference call, and everyone’s been really understanding,” said Mckee.
