CHARLOTTE — A local company that makes protective capsules for mobile phones and other devices will be featured on an upcoming episode of ABC’s hit TV show “Shark Tank,” where entrepreneurs can pitch their products and land investments.
The episode featuring Phoozy is set to air at 8 p.m. on April 2. The product is a lightweight thermal capsule for phones, tablets or laptops that uses NASA-engineered materials to protect the devices from overheating or battery-zapping cold as well as drops and water damage.
There’s a relatively new antimicrobial series, too.
