CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Samantha Smith is ready to prove the naysayers wrong. Her startup, Vishion, is still crafting its post-pandemic path, but she is adamant about making that path successful.
Vishion, a color search tool for decorators, is in talks with two large home-content brands about potential partnerships. Smith declined to disclose names, but she said it would be a big step forward. Vishion first launched as an app in 2019. This year, it expanded to the web to better accommodate those staying at home.
The team had the new web platform set up within a couple of months, Smith said. Later this year, Vishion also plans to launch a new service for do-it-yourself decorators.
