• Local store collects coats, blankets for those in need

    Updated:

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - A local store is making it easy for you to give the gift of warmth to families in need this winter.

Buffalo Exchange on Central Avenue is asking customers to bring coats and blankets for the next three weeks.

Those donations will go to Crisis Assistance Families.

The Buffalo Exchange typically buys people's used clothing.

If a customer brings in clothing the store doesn't want to buy, it offers to donate it to Crisis Assistance any time of the year.
