Luxury nail salon Varnish Lane coming to South End

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Varnish Lane is expanding its footprint to Charlotte.

The luxury nail salon has snagged space in South End. Plans call for a 10-chair salon to open this fall on the ground floor of The Hawk Apartments at 1932 Hawkins St.
