GASTONIA, N.C. — On April 6, detectives with the Gastonia Police Department arrested a man for rape.
Eliu Marin-Belisaro is charged with one count of second-degree rape, one count of second-degree forcible sex offense, one count of second-degree kidnapping, and disclosure of private images.
A patrol officer with the police department also charged him with domestic violence.
