CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The man accused in a deadly crash last month will face a judge Wednesday.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg police arrested Ben Graves Tuesday morning. He's charged with felony death by vehicle and reckless driving for the death of Curtis Sanders on July 21.
Police said Graves was speeding on North Tryon Street when he lost control, flipped and hit a telephone pole. He was seriously injured in the crash.
Sanders was a passenger in the vehicle.
