MOORESVILLE, N.C. — A national home builder got the backing of the Mooreville Planning Board to build a 77-home community.
Mattamy Homes wants to develop 34 acres on McCrary Road off NC 150, according to the Charlotte Observer.
The developer told the planning board it would build 25 homes before the widening project on 150.
Homes in Brillian Grove would start at $500,000.
