CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The three incumbent at-large Mecklenburg County Board of Commissioners won their seats in Tuesday night’s Democratic primary election.

Pat Cotham had 37,868, or 25 percent, Trevor Fuller had 33,889, or 22.5 percent, and Ella Scarborough had 32,996, or 21.9 percent, of the votes.
The trio was up against four challengers: Jamie Hildreth, Tigress McDaniel, Ray McKinnon and Gerenda Davis.
The current Board of Commissioners has been in place for four years.
