Mixed-use project appears headed to prime Dilworth site

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — It appears a dense, mixed-use project is planned for a visible site in Dilworth.

East Boulevard Development Co. LLC recently acquired multiple parcels totaling 1.8 acres at East Boulevard and Lombardy Circle for $7 million, according to Mecklenburg County real estate records.

The entity is registered with the state to developer Jim Gross and Brian Phillips.
