UNION COUNTY, N.C. — National homebuilder Taylor Morrison has broken ground on a community for residents aged 55 and older in Wesley Chapel in Union County.
Pinnacle at Wesley Chapel is the company’s first active-adult community in the Charlotte region. Taylor Morrison has homes in 23 other communities in the area.
Located off Weddington Road, near Potter Road, Pinnacle will have 60 homes starting in the mid-$300,000s and containing at least 1,820 square feet with an option for a second floor. The open-concept interior spaces include owner suites and owner bathroom, designer kitchens and flex rooms. Each home also has an attached two-car garage.
