CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Charlotte multifamily developer Northwood Ravin has finalized plans for its first apartment project in Ballantyne Corporate Park.
The development — which is significant in that it’s the first residential project in the corporate park — will include a 16-story tower and five-story midrise building with 212 upscale apartments total. The project will include one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and townhouse-style units, ranging in size from 650 to 3,800 square feet, Northwood Ravin says, adding 126 units will be in the 16-story tower and 86 will be in the midrise.
The development will be adjacent to the 328,000-square-foot office building under construction now by Northwood Office, at 13146 Ballantyne Corporate Place. Both buildings will share a parking deck, with designated spaces within.
