CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A developer filed plans with the City of Charlotte to build the Mallard Pointe apartments off David Taylor Drive.
Plans call for 250 units spread out in four different four-story buildings.
City leaders will hold a hearing on the project in the coming weeks.
