NoDa's Cabo Fish Taco adding second Charlotte location

A popular Baja-style restaurant concept already open in NoDa will soon bring its fish tacos and burritos to Ballantyne.

Cabo Fish Taco disclosed plans Thursday of opening a second Charlotte restaurant at 11625 N. Community House Road. It will be located next to a new Potbelly Sandwich Shop and in front of the Brigham Building in Ballantyne Corporate Park.

Cabo Fish Taco is slated to open in late fall, while Potbelly also is on track for a fall opening.

The Ballantyne location will join a long-standing Cabo Fish Taco that’s been open in the NoDa neighborhood since 2001. The concept also has a location in Blacksburg, Va., and another spot coming to Roanoke, Va.
