FORT MILL, S.C. — Nearly 6,000 people have signed a petition calling for change to the Fort Mill School District's dress code.
The petition said the rules, especially for females, are "unrealistic, arbitrarily enforced and unfair."
"There’s some children that are told, 'Do better next time' and some that are measured in front of the class," said parent Tara Laymon.
