CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The team behind chef-driven restaurant Bardo are doubling down on South End.
Vana is on target to open this October. That 72-seat restaurant is located at 1440 S. Tryon St. — formerly home to a tile store.
“We want it to become an anchor establishment in South End,” says Jayson Whiteside, managing partner.
The total investment into that concept is expected to be roughly $450,000.
Vana intends to deliver a more family-friendly atmosphere, with an American progressive menu. It will serve lunch, dinner and brunch.
