Person shot in the back in east Charlotte

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A person was shot in the back in east Charlotte early Wednesday.

Police said the shooting happened just before 2 a.m. at Four Seasons and Farm Pond lanes.

Officers said the person was shot in front of the Forest Hills apartments.

Police do not have any suspects at this time.
