CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police arrested three men accused of storming a north Charlotte store with guns and robbing it.
They said Jelani Burwell, Jamel Hage and Isaiah Stallworth ordered employees at the Cricket Mobile store on North Tryon Street to open the safe Wednesday morning.
When the employees couldn't open it, police said the men stole the money from the registers.
Officers spotted their car a little while later and arrested them.
