CLEVELAND COUNTY, N.C. — A Cleveland County man is charged with stealing a gun from a pawn shop.
Police said it only took investigators a little more than 20 minutes to find the suspect.
The Shelby Star reported police said Brandon Wilson stolen the gun from the pawn shop on Dekalb Street.
The co-owner said Wilson had showed up to pay a phone bill and took off with the gun.
Another customer told employees what happened.
Because store employees knew Wilson by name, police said they quickly found him at his home.
