CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police are investigating Saturday morning after one person was shot and killed in east Charlotte.
Police said the shooting happened around 1 a.m. Saturday in the 8500 block of Filbert Lane in the Hickory Grove division.
Officers said when they arrived they found a man who had been shot.
Officers have identified the victim as 25-year-old Adam Shawn Santiago.
Authorities said an argument happened between Santiago and the suspect.
Police said that they have interview the suspect, but no charges have been filed at this time.
