CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police are looking for James Avery Cunningham.
Cunningham broke free from his court-ordered Electronic Monitoring Device and was last known to be in the area of 3600 Glenwood Drive in Charlotte.
Cunningham is wanted for discharging a firearm into occupied property, possession of firearm by a felon, possession of a stolen firearm, damage to property and interfering with an Electronic Monitoring Device.
Police are asking anyone with information related to Cunningham to contact the Electronic Monitoring Unit at 704-432-8888, option #3 or call 911.
