Police: Peeper recorded neighbor on cellphone

CONCORD, N.C. — Concord police arrested a man accused of using his cellphone to record his neighbor through a bedroom window.
 
Police arrested Jason Burleson on charges of secretly peeping after the woman reported suspicious activity outside her bedroom window.
