MORGANTON, N.C. — A 17-year-old girl faces burglary and kidnapping charges after Morganton police said she attacked a man with a box cutter.
Leighanna Bristol is accused of breaking into a home on North Anderson Street last Thursday.
Police said she kidnapped Brandon Lackey and used a box cutter on him and then kicked him in the head.
It's not clear what the motive was behind the attack. She was out of jail Thursday.
